This example is going to a template for much of the rest of this talk (and I need to buy the father of the little boy a drink for telling me this story, just when I needed to hear it). As you can see, the little boy make keen observations and generalized from them in order to get control of the "flying away" behavior of balloons, but he didn't quite have the right answer. We'll be coming back to talk about why.
